🐟 Seasonal Fish, Served at Its Peak

At the heart of our kitchen is a dedication to seasonal and responsibly sourced fish. In addition to prized seasonal offerings such as turbot, we feature staples like red mullet, sea bass, and sole throughout the year—maintaining consistent quality across all four seasons. Sardines, gilt-head bream, bluefish from the Bosphorus, and bonito also take their place on the menu, always at their freshest and most flavorful.

With a philosophy that says “There is no fish without season,” we bring the bounty of the sea to the table in harmony with nature and taste.

The cold starters include timeless favorites such as pickled bonito (torik), cured bonito (lakerda), shrimp salad, octopus salad, stuffed mussels, artichokes, fish roe, and samphire. Warm starters range from crispy calamari and shrimp casserole to grilled jumbo shrimp, fried mussels, and grilled octopus.
